As Stan’s Brand Manager you will be part of the team that helps fulfil our marketing strategy and roll out. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will understand and apply key brand principles & insights to devise and rollout our brand ethos and guidelines across all touch points to achieve a cohesive and consistent brand ecosystem that stays true to the heart of what Stan stands for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the team that evolves Stan’s brand strategy, guidelines & campaigns to continue to strengthen Stan’s brand health metrics across the master Stan brand and sub-brands
  • Assist in frequent brand tracking and cascade learnings
  • Build on our brand identity and continuously develop and refresh our brand guidelines and materials, working closely with internal and external creative resources
  • Develop and manage brand campaigns end-to-end – from ideation through to go-live and post-analysis
  • Be a brand custodian and ensure all cross-functional comms, creative, trade activity and consumer activity fits our brand guidelines and architecture, carries our brand tone and personality, and overall maintains our brand integrity
  • Brief, develop and execute ATL media, brand campaigns and partnerships that create or build on awareness and engagement for our brand and content, to in turn deliver on media objectives, brand health metrics and achieve subscriber acquisition and retention targets, working closely with the Media & Comms Teams
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from media, communication, product etc to external agency partners to ensure brand developments are clear and cascaded effectively
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver on Stan’s brand and marketing vision

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Experience working with brand, creative and media agencies
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholder
  • Strong project management with a deliverables-based approach, and ability to plan, manage and execute multiple projects at once with competing deadlines
  • Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment and under very short timelines – you thrive under pressure
  • Self-starter – proactively strive to achieve objectives and drive continual improvement
  • Hands-on attitude, impeccable eye for detail / detail-oriented executor
  • We are looking for someone who is dynamic, results focused and with a collaborative mindset

Desirable experience:

  • Entertainment marketing experience is highly desirable, with understanding of the Australian entertainment landscape
  • Experience developing and delivering brand guidelines and consumer marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of, and experience with, creation of high quality creative executions
  • A solid understanding of brand, media and creative development & roll out
